Eight the onions. Salt the diced liver vigorously and mix with flour in a bowl. Fry vigorously in oil. Add the onions and sprinkle with the paprika powder. Stir vigorously and stew for about 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with red wine and pour in the broth. Add the finely diced apple. Dissolve the sediment while stirring and simmer everything covered for approx. 45 minutes. When the onions are soft, season with salt and thicken with the sour cream.
We prefer to eat mashed potatoes and a bean salad with a cream dressing.
