Prepare a slightly thick pancake batter from the first 5 ingredients. Let rest for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Roast in oil with a little salt until golden brown.
Bake the pancakes in a pan with a little vegetable oil. Brush each pancake with liver sausage immediately after baking and sprinkle with the roasted onions. Roll up and keep warm.
Do the same with all of the pancakes.
Serve warm with a large mixed salad.
Tip:
You can also grate the onion finely and mix it with the pancake batter.
