Instructions

  1. Put the bacon in a baking dish and leave it out. Place the peppered and salted liver slices on the bacon, top with the onions. Cover with foil and roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  2. Remove the foil, spread the apple slices over the onions and place in the oven covered with foil for another 15-20 minutes.
