Instructions

  1. I cook mostly low-fat, oil and butter can be added to taste.
  2. Soak the lentils overnight or take 1 packet of Tempo lentils.
  3. Cook the lentils in the vegetable stock according to the package instructions.
  4. Season lentils from the can with grained vegetable broth!
  5. Fry the onion cut into fine wedges and the leek cut into fine rings in the pan with the oil / butter until translucent, add the mushrooms and add the diced tomato!
  6. Important! Oregano and basil add a kick to the taste!
  7. Briefly sear everything with the spices and add the cooked and well drained lentils! Season to taste with lemon. Recommended when adding fish, otherwise to taste!
  8. Sprinkle with plenty of fresh chives and enjoy!
  9. Eat with fish, meat and egg or cold, it tastes excellent.
