Mix the minced meat with an egg, season with salt and pepper, knead and shape into four balls of approximately the same size. Press this flat until the desired thickness is achieved. Fry the hamburger patties in a pan. Take out of the pan.
Pour hot beef broth over the juice created during frying. Bring to the boil, then stir in the sauce thickener or roux until the sauce has the desired consistency. Of course, it tastes best with a thick sauce.
Fry 4 fried eggs.
Distribute the finished rice evenly on four plates. Place a hamburger patty on each top, a fried egg on top and then generously pour the gravy over them.
