In the beginning, you make a firm frosting from the powdered sugar. This is filled into a freezer bag. If you cut off a tiny corner of it, you can dose it very well.
Two dominoes are glued next to each other on the gingerbread. The third goes on the back domino. Then, next to the dominoes, sprinkle tracks of icing over the entire length of the gingerbread. Fasten the four Mentos on both sides as wheels with icing and place the silver pearls close together on the remaining track.
Glue two cat`s paws on top of each other to form a chimney on the front domino. The third cat`s paw goes to the back of the lower domino as a buffer.
The pico balla is cut into two slices. Glue one pane to each of the upper dominoes (driver`s house) as a window.
Sprinkle some more frosting onto the chimney as smoke.
If you want, you can make a very thin frosting (transparent) so that you can brush the whole locomotive and let the coconut flakes snow a little.
Wrap the track in cellophane paper or sachets and decorate with gift ribbon.
