Instructions

  1. Cut the loin into 2 cm thick slices and season. Then fry well in hot fat and remove from the pan.
  2. Then put the chopped onion, the clove of garlic and the ham cubes in the pan and sauté until translucent. Sweat the tomato paste and deglaze with the cream. Add the mustard, peppercorns, juniper berries and bay leaf and season with a little soup powder.
  3. Return the loin to the pan and stew for about 20 minutes. Then make it creamy with a sauce thickener.
  4. Serve with spaetzle or french fries.
