Instructions

  1. Sear the pork loin on each side for about 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof dish.
  2. For the sauce, mix the beef stock and cream and bring to the boil briefly. Cut the peppers into not too small cubes and add them together with the crème fraîche and the paprika powder. Let everything simmer together for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the sauce over the loin, place a few flakes of butter on top and place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. If necessary, thicken the sauce with a little sauce thickener.
  4. French fries or croquettes and fresh salad go well with this.
