Instructions

  1. Cut a small lid from the tomatoes with a sharp knife and hollow out the tomatoes with a small spoon or ball cutter. Season the inside with salt and pepper, then place the tomatoes with the opening facing down on a rack and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the parsley, lemon zest and olive oil, mix with the cheese cubes and pour the mixture into the tomatoes.
  3. Put the lollipops on the skewers and serve decoratively in glasses.
  4. Tip: Depending on the size of the tomatoes, you can also use mozzarella balls.
