Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites very stiff (10 minutes) while drizzling in 150 g of sugar. Fold in the almonds.
  2. Mix the butter with 200 g sugar and the egg yolk until foamy, add lemon sugar, vanilla sugar and flour and stir everything into a smooth dough. Spread this on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Heat the jam, stir until smooth and spread on the dough.
  4. Then pour the whipped cream mixture over the jam and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Immediately after baking, cut into 2 x 6 cm pieces with a sharp knife and let them cool on a wire rack.
