Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (180 ° C convection), line a muffin tin with paper liners. Drain the mandarins in a colander, set aside 12 beautiful mandarins for decoration.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, mix with margarine and yoghurt until smooth. Mix the flour with baking powder and baking soda separately, sieve on the egg mixture and stir in, finally carefully fold in the mandarins.
  3. Pour the dough into the molds and bake for 20-25 minutes (middle shelf).
  4. After cooling, melt 35 g (1/2 pack) of white cake icing (in a plastic bag), cut off one corner, put a dollop of icing in the center of each muffin and place a mandarin orange on top.
