Instructions

  1. Peel the grapefruit and banana and cut into large pieces. Also cut the zucchini into large pieces. If you don`t have a very good mixer, you should cut the ginger very finely.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender, fill up to the 1 liter mark with water and mix at high speed for 2 minutes.
  3. The slightly bitter note comes from the lovage leaves in particular. If you like that, you can of course use 10 sheets or more. The more lovage, the more intense the taste.
