• 2 bunch lovage
• 50 g cashew nuts
• 100 ml oil, (safflower oil)
• 50 g cheese, (Comté)
• 1 pinch tandoori masala

Instructions

1. Finely chop the cashews and mix with the finely chopped lovage. Finely grate the cheese and add to the lovage mixture. Put everything with the tandori spice in a mortar, grate and gradually add the oil. Put in a screw-top jar and cover with oil.
