Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Pour the tea in a small pot with 75 ml of bubbly boiling water and let it steep for 8 minutes, strain the tea. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in warm tea. Stir in the liqueur. Let the tea mixture cool down lukewarm.
  2. Mix the yogurt, quark, sugar and lemon juice until smooth, stir in the tea mixture. Whip the cream until stiff. As soon as the yoghurt cream begins to become thick, carefully fold in the cream.
  3. Fill into 2 dessert bowls and let set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Put the pitted cherries on the mousse.
