Instructions

1. Heat the butter in a coated pan. Poke 2 hearts out of the toast with a large baking cutter. Put the edge of the toast in the pan and break one egg into each heart-shaped opening. You can add the two hearts to the pan. Fry slowly, season with salt, pepper and possibly chives and arrange on 2 plates.
