Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or shaker and shake vigorously. Then pour into a tall glass and enjoy with a drinking straw and ice cubes.
Tips: If you want, you can also use normal sugar instead of the sweetener or normal milk instead of soy milk.
This recipe is very changeable. If you want a chocolate-coconut shake, simply swap the hazelnut milk for coconut milk (e.g. from Alpro) and then sprinkle some shredded coconut over it.
