Instructions

  1. Pour 250 ml buttermilk into a tall container, then add cinnamon and liquid sweetener according to taste. The shake tastes best when you briefly whip it with a hand mixer so that the ingredients mix perfectly. The shake can be enjoyed cold or warm.
  2. One serving (250 ml) has approx. 90 kcal. If you don`t like the taste of buttermilk that much, you can replace the buttermilk with milk with 0.1% fat. This does not change the nutritional information.
