Instructions

  1. Fry the ham and onion either in oil or the low-fat way:
  2. Pour both ingredients into the cold pot and mix a little, put the lid on and briefly heat up at the highest level. As soon as you hear it simmering in the pot, switch to the lowest setting and sauté briefly with the lid closed.
  3. Pour in the stock and continue to simmer with the lid closed. Pour in the milk, bring to the boil and thicken with the cornstarch mixed with a little water or milk. Then add instant broth or salt, pepper and, if you like, garlic to taste.
  4. The liquid specifications are approximate values. Some like more sauce, some like less. Simply thicken with more or less cornstarch.
  5. Tip:
  6. The sauce goes well with spaghetti and all other types of pasta.
  7. For pasta bakes simply pour over the cooked pasta, spread 100-200 g cheese on top and place in the tube at around 200 degrees for around 15 minutes. If you like, you can also add peas and / or mushrooms from the can or steamed zucchini or tomatoes or peppers or asparagus
