Instructions

  1. Prepare the jelly (meaning 1 sachet, in the pack there are usually 2. No instant jelly because it`s already sweetened) with 500 ml of water, but without sugar, according to the instructions on the packet. Let cool slightly.
  2. In the meantime, stir the low-fat quark with the yoghurt until smooth. Now carefully add the liquid jelly to the quark in sips and stir until smooth with a whisk - the whole thing will of course be very liquid.
  3. When everything is smooth, add sweetener to taste. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight, and let it set.
  4. This dessert has very few calories, but still tastes very tasty, especially when chilled, and can also be varied well. You can also add frozen fruits, for example raspberries, to the cream if you like.
  5. So far I have tried the cream with cherry, lemon and raspberry god dishes, everything was very tasty. You just have to like the sweetener taste or not find it bad. Is WW-suitable and is also suitable for various types of food combining or, as far as I know, also for SiS. For me, ideal when I have a craving for sweets in the evening
