- Put the light mayonnaise and yoghurt in a large bowl, also the mustard.
- Add the pickled cucumbers, green pickled peppercorns, capers and herbs (e.g. parsley, dill or basil) as required, finely chopped.
- Mix with a whisk to a smooth tartar sauce. Possibly season again with salt and pepper.
- Some of the cucumber water makes the sauce even rounder. Now fill into a glass, will keep in the refrigerator for about 14 days.
