Mix the quark, eggs and approx. 100 g cheese to a mass. Spread the dough evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at about 180 degrees fan-assisted for about 20 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
Take the finished base out of the oven without burning your fingers. Spread the hollandaise sauce on the pizza base. Spread the asparagus and boiled ham on top. Scatter the rest of the cheese on top. Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
