Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a small baking dish. Cut the mozzarella into relatively thin slices and drain. Fry the minced meat in a pan without fat until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the zucchini, quarter them and cut into small pieces. Cut the tomato into slices, remove the stalk.
  2. Layer everything in the baking dish in the following order: minced meat, zucchini, crème fraîche spread, tomato slices, salt and pepper, herbs (or these only after baking on top), mozzarella. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, depending on the desired tan.
