Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Fry the broccoli in a pan and add a little water after a few minutes. Put the lid on and let it steam so that it is no longer quite as hard. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Put the broccoli in a baking dish.
  2. Cut the onion into small pieces. Fry the onion and pressed garlic in the same pan with a little olive oil. Chop the chicken breast fillet and add to the onions in the pan. Fry for a few minutes. Slice the mushrooms and add to the pan. As soon as the ingredients are nicely browned, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the crème fraîche and simmer briefly.
