Instructions

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan. Chop the chocolate and add to the pan with the Xucker light. When everything has mixed well, put the chocolate cream in the cold for approx. 2 - 3 hours.
  2. When the mass is well cooled, beat until stiff with the hand mixer on the highest setting.
  3. A dollop of normal whipped cream or fresh berries goes well with it.
  4. Good Appetite!
