Instructions

  1. Put the eggs in a bowl and whisk with a fork. Simply add protein powder, cocoa, stevia and any optional ingredients (fruits, cream cheese) and mix everything together. If the batter is not runny enough, add a little milk. Then form small pancakes with 2 tablespoons each and fry in a pan with a little oil. Tastes great with cream cheese, unsweetened berries or other fruits. Since the pancakes are not super sweet, a little honey can also be added.
