Instructions

  1. Mix the baking cocoa and the Xucker light together and stir with the cashew milk. Then heat everything in the pot. Bring to the boil briefly. Remove from the plate, stir in the butter and let it melt. Depending on the desired consistency, stir in 2 or 3 lightly heaped teaspoons of psyllium husks and leave to soak for a minute. Season to taste with liquid sweetener.
  2. The cashew milk can of course be replaced by any other milk, but I like cashew milk and have very few carbohydrates. The butter is not that essential, but it gives a good taste and a little fat if you eat yourself. Psyllium husks actually belong in every good lchf kitchen, as they contain almost no carbohydrates and have good swelling and slime properties.
