Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage into slices. Dice the onions and peppers. Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a large saucepan, stir until smooth and heat slowly. Sear the sausage pieces in a pan with a little oil on all sides and let them brown nicely, then add to the sauce.
  2. Now fry the onions and let them turn to glass. Add the peppers and fry briefly (approx. 3 minutes). Add this to the sauce and stir everything well. Now the sauce can be brought to the desired consistency by adding water. Bring to the boil again and season with salt, pepper and curry powder. If you like it spicier, you can also season with cayenne pepper.
