Dice the onion, wet a pan with oil and preheat on the stove. Fry the onions.
In the meantime, drain the green beans and noodle. First add the noodles to the onions and continue frying, then add the green beans. Cut the tomatoes into fine wedges and halve them crosswise again, put them in the pan, sprinkle with herb soup spices, press the garlic through a garlic press and add to the pan. Put the lid on and cook for a few minutes.
It tastes best with a roast as a side dish or lightly sprinkled with Parmesan as a main course.
