Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark, grated cheese and eggs and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake for 20 minutes. The dough can best be removed from the baking paper when it is still warm.
  3. In the meantime, cut the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces and fry the gyros in a little oil in the pan.
