Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi, cut into thin slices and cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Cut the remaining vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection). In the meantime, fry the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables as well as the strained tomatoes and the ajvar.
  4. Season the sauce with pizza or pasta seasoning and the other seasonings. Let simmer briefly.
  5. Then, as usual, layer the lasagna in a baking dish. Start with the sauce, then spread the kohlrabi slices on top, use the sauce and creme fraîche as the last layer and then spread the cheese on top.
