Put the minced meat in a suitable bowl. Grate the carrot and onion very finely (preferably in a food processor) and mix with the egg, linseed, olive oil, mustard and tomato paste into the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Shape the minced dough into meatballs.
Cook the beans in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and fry the meatballs in a pan in a little oil. Drain the cooked beans and briefly fry the bacon in the pan. Add the beans again and mix in 2 tablespoons of ajvar or paprika paste. Serve the meatballs with the bacon beans.
