Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the vegetables and mushrooms and put them ready.
  2. Fry the minced meat in clarified butter in a large pan until it is brown and crumbly. Add a little salt. When the meat is almost done, add the mushrooms and vegetables and fry until al dente. Cut the feta into pieces and add to the pan. Season with herb salt and pepper and serve hot.
