Instructions

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets or small pieces, wash and chop in a blender. Bake the chopped cauliflower covered for 8-10 minutes in the oven at full power.
  2. Fry the minced meat in oil and season with pepper, salt and garlic.
  3. Cut the peppers and feta cheese into strips or cubes. Briefly fry the peppers in the pan. Add the tzatziki to the pan with the mince.
  4. Put half of the cauliflower in a baking dish. Spread the mince on top. Top with the rest of the cauliflower. Sprinkle with diced feta and grated cheese. Baked at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
