Cut the bell pepper, zucchini, onion and carrots into small cubes.
Mix the mince with the onions and season with salt, pepper and the minced meat mixture. Now heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the mince until it is crumbly.
Put the diced vegetables in a greased baking dish and mix with the mince so that everything is evenly distributed.
Mix the milk with the eggs and season with salt, pepper, marjoram and basil to taste.
Add the egg-milk mixture to the baking dish and stir again. Finally, the Gouda is now distributed over the entire mass.
Now bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
