Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with breadcrumbs, egg and the spices and fry 6 small burger patties in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Remove the mushroom from the stem and carefully divide the head of the mushroom with the knife to create a base and lid. Fry the mushrooms on all sides in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Cover the fried mushrooms with the remaining ingredients like a burger.

  5. There are of course no limits to the ingredients for topping. Onion rings would also go with it.
  6. Great at parties or in the slightly larger version with the really big mushrooms.
