Opsies are a good bread substitute for everyone on a low-carb diet. They are not really similar to real bread, but taste very fluffy and are therefore also known as cloud buns.
For the oopsies, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites extremely stiff. The egg yolks are mixed with the cream cheese and then carefully fold in the egg whites. If you don`t have cream cheese at home, you can also use quark. Now place 4 blobs of the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, sprinkle some sesame seeds on it and place them in the oven at 180 ° C for about 15 - 20 minutes until the oopsies have a nice golden yellow color.
The minced meat (you can also use mixed minced meat or ground beef - I like the ground turkey because it doesn`t have that much fat) you season with salt and pepper and mix it with the finely diced onion. Then form 4 round minced meat thalers out of it. These are fried on both sides in a pan. Shortly before they are ready, put a slice of cheese on the top so that it melts easily.
When the opsies are ready, you top them with the remaining ingredients.
