Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees circulating air.
  2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the quark, salt and baking powder. Fold the egg white into the mixture and stir.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, form 8 flat oopsies from the mixture and place them next to each other on the baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes.
