Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees on top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix the peanut butter with the eggs and xucker. Mix the almond flour, ground hazelnuts and baking powder and add to the peanut butter mixture. Mix everything well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pile the dough on top. It is best to knock / stroke the piles flat with your finger. Bake the biscuits for about 20 minutes.
  4. Let the pastries cool down. The cookies only harden properly when they cool down, so don`t be surprised.

  6. Instead of almonds and hazelnuts, other ground nuts can be used. Only one variety can be used.
