Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 170 ° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the quark with the egg until smooth. Sprinkle and mix the cheese. Season to taste. Spread the cheese mixture on the baking sheet and put it in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes on top / bottom heat.
  3. The floor can be covered immediately. I like to take tomato paste and mix it with a little water and pizza seasoning. You choose the topping as you like and sprinkle it with some cheese. The pizza is then put back in the oven until the cheese is nicely melted. I always let the base turn a little brown so it gets crispy.
