Halve the peppers crosswise to make small boats. Remove the seeds and stalk.
Mix the eggs, sour cream and cheese and season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Then add the diced salami, tomatoes and mushrooms (as you like) to the mixture and pour everything evenly into the pepper vessels.
Bake the paprika pizzas in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes until a crust is formed.
