Drain the tuna well and place in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Beat everything as smoothly as possible with a fork. Then use a fork to press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper as a pizza base.
Then place the bottom in the oven on a top rack for 30-35 minutes and bake.
Then you can top the dough with pizza sauce and, if you like, with basil, sausage or vegetables, sprinkle it with mozzarella or Parmesan and put it in the oven again to bake until the cheese has turned color and has melted.
