Instructions

  1. Build a nice braid of bacon so that you can wrap the fillet later. Season the fillet with paprika and pepper and place on the bacon. Cut the mushrooms into small slices and place around the fillet. Now wrap the bacon around the fillet. Fry at approx. 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
  2. My tip is the gas grill!
