Instructions

  1. Puree the frozen fruits with the liquid in the blender. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Mix the fruits with the egg white, sweetener and xanthan gum for approx. 2 minutes with a hand mixer until creamy. You can also leave out the xanthan gum, then it won`t be quite as creamy.
  3. I prefer to eat the fluff in the evening or in between meals.
