Take the strawberries out of the freezer half an hour beforehand, if you have a suitable mixer you can also use them frozen.
Put the strawberries with the yoghurt, milk, powdered sugar and egg white powder in a blender or a tall container. Puree with a blender or hand blender until the strawberries are crushed and the shake is nice and creamy.
The protein powder should be neutral or with a subtle vanilla taste, the sprinkle sweetness is for everyone for whom the protein powder is not sweet enough. Otherwise it can be omitted.
