Instructions

  1. Put the frozen strawberries in a bowl with a little water. Place in the microwave for approx. 1:40 minutes at 900 W.
  2. Mix low-fat quark with milk (depending on the desired consistency / calorie requirement) in a bowl until it is creamy. Cut the banana and apple into smaller pieces. Put the strawberries and the liquid in the bowl with the quark. Then mix well until the curd is light pink. Add the fruit, stir and serve.
  3. The recipe is really filling and is not bitter despite the low-fat quark. I can recommend always catching a fruit with every spoon - it tastes particularly good!
