Instructions

  1. Heat up the waffle iron.
  2. Meanwhile, put the first 4 ingredients together in a tall container and mix with the hand blender. As soon as the waffle iron is hot, grease it and pour in the batter in portions. Bake 2 waffles until golden.
  3. For the waffle tower, cut the individual hearts out of the waffles as shown in the picture. Spread a teaspoon of low carb fruit spread on four hearts and stack 5 hearts on top of each other.
  4. If you like, heat the nougat cream slightly and spread it over the tower as a sauce. Scatter the powder xylitol on top as well.
