- Fry the minced meat until it is crumbly. Clean the broccoli and Brussels sprouts and cook for about 3 - 5 minutes.
- Mix the cream and crème fraîche with the eggs well. Add the gratin cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the vegetables with the minced meat in a large baking dish and pour the egg mixture over it.
- Bake everything at 200 degrees top / bottom heat in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes on the middle rack, until the cheese is browned.
