Instructions

  1. Place a quarter of the Low Carb Wrap Genial on a plate. It can also be warmed up beforehand in the oven, pan or microwave. Spread the grainy cream cheese on top. If you want, you can spice it up a little, possibly spice it up with herbs. For me it came on the wrap without any spices. Cut a tomato into slices and spread on the cheese. Place the ham on top. Fry the egg in a pan with a little butter to make a fried egg. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Place the finished fried egg on the prepared wrap. Decorate with lettuce leaves, flowers or herbs.
  2. A vegetarian option is also possible. The ham by e.g., replace vegetarian sausage or tofu.
