  1. Dice the onion, carrot and zucchini as small as possible, then fry in the pan. Squeeze the garlic cloves, the amount can vary as you like. Put the minced meat in the pan and sear everything until the minced meat is cooked through and browned. This takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, for the salad vegetables, cut the tomatoes, bell peppers and sheep`s cheese into cubes and arrange on a board in piles. Carefully remove individual large leaves from the iceberg lettuce as a whole, so that everything will be added later.
  3. Now season the food to be roasted with salt, a little pepper and a generous amount of gyros spice and season to taste. If you have lemon salt or a splash of lemon juice at home, you can add it to give the dish a little freshness.
  4. To serve, put the vegetable platter, the pan and the cream cheese on the table, don`t forget the napkins, it`s finger food.
  5. To prepare it on the plate, place the lettuce leaf with the opening in front of you on the plate, spread the cream cheese on the inside, then pour in the minced meat, tomatoes, bell peppers and sheep`s cheese. Finally, take everything in your hand as carefully as possible, possibly roll up the leaf sides a bit so that it becomes more of a wrap and bite into it.
  6. The dairy products naturally have some carbohydrates, but not nearly as much as e.g., Wheat tortillas.
