Instructions

  1. Wash the leek and zucchini. Cut the leek into rings, cut the zucchini, possibly with the skin, into halved slices. Dice the bundle. Vegans or vegetarians of course leave out the bundle.
  2. Put some coconut oil in a pan, add the zucchini and fry for about 1 - 2 minutes on a medium heat. Then add the leek and the bundle and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If bundle is used, only a little salt is required.
  3. Fish or meat or just potatoes go well with it.
